Error "se han encontrado tickets abiertos" en el ACMS

Modificado el Mie, 5 Nov a 10:41 A. M.

A veces creamos ACMS con backup locales, que contienen tickets abiertos, si metemos un Agora versión 8.5x o superior puede dar este error:


Habría que ejecutar las siguientes consultas:
